1. A health and social services agency for the area of jurisdiction where the private seniors’ residence is situated is to issue a certificate of compliance referred to in section 346.0.3 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) to the operator of a private seniors’ residence if the operator meets the conditions set out in this Regulation.
